“Rose Valley” Ltd. is a family firm established in 2010 as a result of Atanas Kolev’s (the founder) 30 years of experience in the field of cultivating oil-bearing rose "Damascena" and essential oils. The firm owns 25 hectares of plantations (Rose Damascena) which are being cultivated according to the requirements of good agronomic practices. They are located in ecologically clean area of the rose valley – Karlovo. In order to guarantee the high quality of the aromatic products we produce, we are conducting continuous year-round control of the production of essential oil plants as well as of the final raw materials that are being processed. The raw material processing capacities are located very close to the areas where cultivation of essential oil crops is taking place, which guarantees that their valuable properties are preserved. The company has modern production facilities that guarantee high quality end products. Rose has been known to be a fantastic toner for the skin for many generations. Along with having antimicrobial and astringent properties, it adds and retains moisture, making it perfect for healing dry skin. It is especially beneficial for mature, aging skin. Rose hydrosol has a highly complex aroma (rosewater) and can be used on its own as a lovely perfume, or you can add your favorite complementary essential oils. Rose hydrosol has also been known to be a hormone balancer. It may be helpful for post-menopausal applications and postpartum healing. Its antispasmodic properties can also be useful for combating PMS symptoms such as cramps.
